The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) is requesting proposals through Round 2 of the Stormwater Flood Management (SWFM) Grant Program, funded by Proposition 1E. The SWFM Grant Program encourages integrated regional management of water resources and provides funding for implementation projects that manage stormwater runoff in order to reduce flooding.
Applicants must be part of an Integrated Regional Water Management (IRWM) Region that was accepted into the IRWM Grant program through DWR’s Region Acceptance Process (RAP) and must be able to provide a minimum 50% match.
