Fixed Price Agreements

At R.O. Anderson, we don’t like to be nickel and dimed, and we assumed no-one else does either. Our range of services often works synergistically. Thus, we feel it is important to give inclusive fee proposals for a fixed price. You will never see a separate “telecommunications fee” or “copy charge” on our invoices.  And with our fixed price agreements, your chances of going out of budget are drastically reduced.

Unlimited Access

Under the terms of our Fixed Price Agreement, you and your company to unlimited phone calls and meetings with us for the duration of your project scope. If your question or issue requires additional research, analysis or other services beyond the described services, those services will be subject to an additional price negotiation and consummated utilizing a Change Order before the services will be performed.

Service and Price Guarantee

Our services are guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of you our customer.  If you are not completely satisfied with the services performed by us, we will, at the option of our customer, either refund the price or accept a portion of said price that is commensurate with the level of satisfaction. Furthermore, if you ever receive an invoice without first authorizing the service and/or the price, you are not obligated to pay for that service.
