The Nevada Association of Land Surveyors (NALS) was incorporated and chartered on November 2, 1973. As an Association of Professional Land Surveyors, our purpose is to promote the common good and welfare of our members in their activities in the profession of Land Surveying; to promote and maintain the highest possible standards of professional ethics and practice; to promote professional uniformity and to promote public awareness and trust in Professional Land Surveyors and their work.

American Planning Association Nevada Chapter (APANV)
The Nevada Chapter of the American Planning Association is an official Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA). We are a member organization of professional planners and planning officials who serve Nevada communities in many ways, at all levels of government, the private sector and not-for-profit organizations.
American Planning Association California Chapter (APACA)
The California Chapter archives were launched on APA California's 50th anniversary in 1998 to help document the history and practice of planning, and to record the evolution of APA and its allied planning organizations. Founded by longtime Chapter Historian Betty Croly, FAICP and former APA California President Frank Wein, FAICP, the APA California archive remains one of the only Chapter archives in the country. American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA)
Founded in 1899, ASLA is the national professional association for landscape architects, representing more than 15,000 members in 49 professional chapters and 68 student chapters. The Society's mission is to lead, to educate, and to participate in the careful stewardship, wise planning, and artful design of our cultural and natural environments. Members of the Society use the “ASLA” suffix after their names to denote membership and their commitment to the highest ethical standards of the profession.
U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)

Since its founding on July 30, 1953, the U.S. Small Business Administration has delivered millions of loans, loan guarantees, contracts, counseling sessions and other forms of assistance to small businesses. SBA was officially established in 1953, but its philosophy and mission began to take shape years earlier in a number of predecessor agencies, largely as a response to the pressures of the Great Depression and World War II.
